Q. What are the pergolas made of?

A. Sun Shady Pergolas are made from 100% rust proof Aluminum. ( most competitors use steel which will rust)

Q. Is there are warranty?

A. Yes. The motors come with a full warranty for 2 years and the structure comes with a 5 year full warranty. Please note all sales are final.

Q. What is the delivery time?

A. We ship directly from our manufacturer overseas. This saves our customer a considerable amount of cost. Delivery time is approximately 60-75 days. 

Q. What are all of the extra features that are available?

A. We are here to reimagine outdoor living with you. If you have a feature you would like in your pergola we are all for it! Just send us an email and we will get right back to you. 

 Some of our past customers have added ceiling fans, heaters, Ipad setup, and more. 

Q. Is there a return policy?

A. No. All sales are final. Our products are backed by warranty should you have any structural issues.
